Co-financing System (MFS) 2007–2010: This instrument is designed to support single coherent development programmes of Dutch NGOs.

Strategic Alliances with International NGOs (SALIN): This instrument provides grants for theme-based intervention programmes of international NGOs pre-selected by the Dutch government.
