Cofinancing European Development NGOs Actions in developing countries (PVD) aims at poverty reduction through support for disadvantaged people in developing countries. - Multi-country: to support sustainable social, human, environmental and economic development processes in developing countries, until 16.01.2007, Budget € 177,408,340.
EIDHR projects aim at maximizing the effectiveness, impact and visibility of actions undertaken in support of the protection and promotion of human rights and democratization. - Nigeria: to secure equal rights and treatment of persons and people belonging to groups experiencing discrimination, until 09.01.2007, Budget: € 980,000.

Tacis Institutional Building Partnership Programme (IBPP) Support to Civil Society and Local Initiatives. - Kazakhstan: to support and strengthen institutions that constitute a counterpart to the central authority of the State through promotion of grass root initiatives, until 05.02.2007, Budget: € 1,200,000

Social service delivery by the non-profit sector programme seeks to provide financial support for projects that increase the participation of civil society organisations (CSOs) in the delivery of unmet social welfare needs. - Croatia: to provide concrete services in the spheres of Health or Education or Social Welfare, until 31.01.2007, Budget: € 2,000,000.
Neighbourhood Programme Romania-Serbia 2005 aims at achieving a balanced socio-economic development on the border area between Romania and Serbia by establishing the principle of cross-border co- operation. - Romania and Serbia: to support Local Economic and Social Development and “People to people” actions, until 18.12.2006, Budget: € 6,334,000,000.
